Sauna Brew – Eucalyptus

Description

100% dried Eucalyptus.

Steam from Eucalyptus brew is good for your respiratory system. The aroma has a healing, antiseptic effect. It also works as a smooth, efficient expectorant.

All brews come in a hand-made cotton sack.

Boil 3-5 liters (up to 10 liters for sauna whisks) of water and let it chill to 95°(C), then put the sack in the pot and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. Take the sack out and press it firmly to squeeze the remains of the brew into the pot. Pour the infusion into your sauna bucket and enjoy!

If the scent is too strong, add more water. One sack may be brewed twice consequently. Do not store used brews to re-use later.

Drop the used sack into the garbage as it is 100% biodegradable.
